Food Drive
Westwood students successfully brought 178 pounds of food for the
Wheels of Hope Halloween Food Drive. The food is distributed to
school children with families who sometimes don’t know where their
next meal will come from. Thanks very much!
Westwood Student Council Members are asking all students to bring
in a canned food item December 4 -15. Help us share the holiday
with others!

Safety Week
Westwood will conduct safety drills December 4-8, 2017. This
would be a good time to go over your household safety plans with
your children.
• Fire Drill
• Severe Weather Drill
•Emergency Intruder Drill

A Great Gift Idea: School Supplies
Stock your student’s stocking with a new batch of school supplies
for the spring semester. Many students are running low on pencils,
erasers, wet-wipes, etc. so fill those stockings with a gift that will
last all year.
