• 5th Grade Celebration, 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 23th
• Awards Assembly: Grades 3-5, 9:00; Grades K-2, 9:45
• Last Day of School. Students are dismissed at 3:25 p.m.
Returning Student Enrollment
- Go to www.usd475.org
- Click Skyward
- Click Family Access
- Enter your log in.
- Click each section to update/add any info
- Open each section and click “Save”
- Click “Submit” when enrollment is complete
If you do not have your Skyward user name and password, visit the
Westwood office with your identification. Questions? Call
785-717-4150.
If your family does not reside in the Westwood boundaries a Transfer
Request will need to be completed. Please pick up this form in the
office.
Moving
For students not returning to Westwood, due to a move for your
family, please notify the office. All Library/Lunch/Textbooks fees will
need to be paid and accounts closed.
Grade Cards
Grade Cards will be sent home with children on the last day of school,
May 23rd. School will be dismissed at 3:25 p.m.
Absences
Be sure to call in your child’s absence by 8:30 a.m. If a parent doesn’t call, the absence is unexcused.
Doctor’s Note
All absences and tardies for appointments need a doctor’s note for our files.
Phone Numbers & Address
If your phone number or address changes please notify the office. It is very important that we are able to reach parents in case of an emergency.
Spring Cleaning
As you spring clean your children’s closets, please donate to Westwood. We are in need of shorts or pants with elastic waistbands in all sizes (child 6-12).
Keep Saving Box Tops
During the summer, please continue to collect Box Tops for Education from Betty Crocker and General Mills products. This helps us earn extra money for the educational needs of students.
Return all Library Books
Last day for Library check-out is Friday, May 10, 2019. The library’s goal is 100% turn in of library books for the 2018-2019 school year.
Students must return books by Thursday, May 16, 2019. We will
send out notices of overdue books prior to the last day of school.
